Make sure you know how many cells you want/need
I bought this as a replacement for my factory HP laptop battery, but it isn't. The battery I had was an 8 cell, this one is only 6. I tried to return it, but got no response from the supplier. So I've been using it, but it doesn't last anywhere near as long as the original. Buyer beware.

did not work for my HP laptop as described
Was not compatible with my HP laptop as described. Took it into Best Buy and the store tested it and said it did not give enough power for my laptop, as it was advertised to do. Ended up spending a lot more money at Best Buy to purchase an AC Adapter/power cord that would function problem free.

Good Value
These were so inexpensive I bought three. Including the original, now I have one in every room in the house where I normally use my laptop.

There's one con: The section of cord that goes from the "brick" to the laptop is only 44" long, which is about two feet shorter than on the original. This is inconvenient in some usages. For example, the brick doesn't reach the floor when my laptop is on my kitchen table with the cord routed around the back, so I have to leave the brick on the table cluttering up my workspace (or let it hang down, putting strain on the jack). Plus of course the decrease in total length of the cord means you can't sit quite as far from an outlet as with the original. Overall there are so many places where the missing two feet is not needed anyway that it's still a good value.

Works fine...
The cord is about a foot shorter than expected, but that has little affect on the product's usability. Good buy for the price.

Not Pleased
I purchased the power cord in January 2010. The power cord worked for 3 1/2 weeks and stopped working.

Better than the original!
Great product that arrived with very fast shipping. My laptop originally shipped with a 8 cell OEM(12 cell was additional option). This replacement is a 12 cell that is awesome!

IT WORKS PERFECTLY
I just have it for a few days..........It works perfectly, I can not say how long the charge will last, but for the battery sign it seems it could last up to 3 hours.

Cheap replacement.
Amazon had the lowest price for this replacement battery. It brought my laptop back to life. I was frustrated with my old battery by getting only an hour or less of battery life. And that was with the wifi and bluetooth off and my screen very dim.

Just like the name brand power cord
The amount of money I saved in buying this over the name brand power cord was well worth the risk.

This product works just as well as the power cord that came with my laptop. I honestly can't tell the difference. I can't say much more than that!

Don't buy it!
I bought this power supply for my sony viao because i wanted to have a second charger to leave at home while my original one was at work. I had no problems for 5 months. Then, i started having problems with the touch pad on my computer. It would go crazy sometimes and not respond, while other times it would be just fine. After spending several months trying to trouble shoot this and sending my computer back to sony, I finally discovered that it only did this when it was plugged in using the power supply purchased here! This cost me several months of time and trouble!!!!! So upsetting. I do not recommend this purchase to anyone. Or, if you do buy it, be prepared for the consequences.

Bulky but good working
Bulky but good working adapter. You can use it office or home. It is not suitable for mobile working.

The charger worked fine for about 1 month. The product is no good. Don't ever buy something out of desperaton. I had to go to [...] and buy another charger for almost 0.

The product worked fine for only 3 months. The product is under warranty and hopefully the seller will help me get a replacement.
